Site Visit - 21 March 2018
Lendlease, Gardiner & Theobald and Argent have invited the UCL Construction & Property Society to visit the KGX1 for Google site in King's Cross. Get an exclusive insight into the project, but sign up quick! Due to site restrictions, spaces are strictly limited.
When complete, the purpose built 11-storey building will act as Google's European Headquarters, and along with existing offices at 6 Pancras Square and another building on the King's Cross estate, there will be capacity for more than 7,000 Googlers to work on the campus. The visit will include a tour around the site from Lendlease, as well as a visit to the co-located project office and talks from Lendlease, G&T and Argent about working innovatively on the project.
The site visit will start at 3pm, Wednesday 21st March 2018. Please arrive at the site 15 minutes early (outside King's Cross Station.
The 2 hour site visit will include:
- A guided tour from Lendlease onto the live construction site
- A visit to the co-located project office
- Talks from Lendlease, G&T and Argent about the KGX1 Project and working differently on Google
To celebrate the end of Term 2, join us for a drink in local pub Drake & Morgan.

The site is located not far from UCL, just a 10-15 minute walk up Euston Road or one stop on the Northern Line from Euston. Keep an eye out for more details regarding meeting location nearer the time.
